An unusual space of a military shelter, all in corridors, with small, semi-hidden spaces, is even more provocative due to its symmetric arrangement of the rooms. By using this specificity and continuing one of his newer cycles based on toys, Vladimir Perić is realizing an installation made of children’s toys, set absolutely symmetrically in two equal but distant spaces. By setting an installation consisting of standardized toys, the effect of doubling is achieved, and a question may be posed whether toys can be twins as well.
