TkH (Teorija koja Hoda = Walking Theory) is a theoretical-artistic platform established in Belgrade in 2000/01. It addresses the development of contemporary performing arts and their critical theories in Serbia by introducing new theoretical approaches, by encouraging the potentialities of the critical post-socialist discourse, and by making the authors and performance face the responsibility for discourses they are working with. The TkH centre for theory and practice of the performing arts is the publisher of the TkH magazine for Theory of Performing Arts, producer of numerous artistic and theoretical works (performances, exhibitions, actions etc.), organizer of educational initiatives (PATS, s-o-s, symposia, lectures) and an active participant in strengthening the independent scenes in Belgrade and beyond (Other Scene, Clubture Regional Initiative, PAF).
