QueerBeograd
http://www.queerbeograd.org/

QueerBeogradQueerBeograd is a group of people who have decided to oppose violence. Thus was born an idea of a new concept that will not dedicate the valuable time to the defence from possible hate attacks by engaging private security or police; its aim will be an exciting cooperation and empowerment of people at the international and regional levels, fun and promotion of the queer policy. To be queer in his context means not to agree to the "self-understood" adhering to the social rules but to challenge and/or reject the imposed norms of the patriarchal tradition. To create the space that goes beyond the closed boxes of homo or hetero sexuality, by letting each other the "privilege" of self-defining. To present the radical policy that is aware of the relation between all aspects of oppression. Besides different activities, the important event organized by Queer Beograd is the international Queer Festival that took place in Belgrade three times so far. Zluradi Paradi (Malicious Paradi)
http://zluradi-paradi.anarhija.org/

Zluradi ParadiThe Malicious ones are an informal group of different creatures – bacteria, cyborgs, women, machines, men, viruses etc. - associated around common interests and activities. As may be expected from an informal group, there is no „membership", no „list of priorities", duties and liabilities; if it were not for the Malicious ones, there would be nothing in the group. Among other, our malice is specially directed towards capitalist and patriarchal relations, towards all relations of domination and subordination, however, we are sometimes annoyed by the rain as well. On the other hand, we are friendly malicious creatures who find pleasure in common joys, activities, formatting of discs and kicking tin cans.

In the scope of this year’s BELEF the "activists" will present themselves to the audience with the project Creative Commons Lounge, i.e. projection of art and documentary videos published under free licences, discussion on Creative Commons Licences, Pirates Party, Gray Commons and similar opportunities for distribution and exchange, presentation of the Queer Festival video material, music performance of the collective Zluradi Paradi.
