The Cultural Front Belgrade is the association of artists and managers in culture, founded in December 2000. It deals with the programmes of cultural exchange, co-productions, representation of cultural organizations, artists, art managers from other countries. One of the priorities in its work is cooperation with local organizations (Serbia inland); to this end in early 2003 were formed chapters-clubs of the Cultural Front in Zrenjanin and Prijepolje. On the other hand, the Cultural Front works on establishment and strengthening of cooperation at the regional and international levels, through different cooperation projects.

At BELEF 07 the Cultural Front will present itself by organizing a Fashion Bazaar Matinee. The Fashion Bazaar project is a specific link between fashion and art, where fashion is presented from the standpoint of young promising domestic authors who in the media flood of established self-proclaimed creators do not have many opportunities for breakthrough.
