The play Smoke represents an active observation
of the survival process. “Smoke” is a metaphor of a human being
from a short poem by Brecht.
The Family transfers the energy of the commune
to the stage achieving the holy trinity of authenthicity through
the simplicity, courage and sincerity.
The basic principles of the commune’s living
culture are: the Earth, the Openness of Home, Poverty and Arts.
Thanks to their new Philosophy of Existence, about twenty five
thousand people visited the Family thus far. The Clear Brooks
Family’s home is at the foothill of the Rudnik Mountain. By cherishing
hope and optimism, The Clear Brooks Family became a pioneer of
our civilisation by expressing its care, attention for the Planet
and for an Individual.
So far the members of the Family staged the following performances:
The Silent Mud, The Earth-cunt-dick-earth, Smoke, The Word, The
Energy of the Woods, The Three Minute Revolution, A Theatre about
a Theatre, Instincts ...
Bozidar Mandic, a literate, founder of the commune.
