o projektu i predstavi:
Ideja ovog projekta je da se kroz umetnicko istraživanje spoje dve plesne trupe koje promovišu savremeni ples i umetnicku igru u našoj zemlji i regionu. Obe trupe se u radu fokusiraju na unutrašnja pitanja svremenog pojedinca i problem identiteta, posmatrano globalno, kao i lokalno. ERGstatus i Madlenium se izražavaju multimedijalno, koristeci pored jezika savremenog plesa i video/art-instalacije.
"Fuzija" je vizuelizacija slika o pojedincu u savremenom svetu uopšte, odnosno o pojedincu sa našeg podneblja. Predstava se bavi osecajnošcu pojedinca i njegovim/njenim poimanjem vremena u kojem živi. Identitet, globalizacija, marketing, tržiste, genetski inženjering, hrana ... samo su neka od pitanja problematizovana u predstavi, a koja trenutno zaokupljaju savremeni svet u koji i mi ulazimo. Nova postavka telesnog izraza i drame sa elementima "ekspresija" sa Balkana, instalacija u galeriji sa ucešcem publike, zanimljiv nov tretman muzike, na poseban nacin obeležavaju istraživanja i izvodenje ove zajednicke predstave dve trupe.

o trupama:
ERGstatus - projekat savremenog plesa, osnovan juna 1998. godine u Beogradu. Kroz internacionalne seminare, predavanja i radionice ovaj projekat je stvorio osnovnu bazu za promociju savremenih plesnih tehnika u našoj zemlji. Kroz edukaciju i sistematsko istraživanje, u radu sa mladima i profesionalcima, ovaj plesni teatar teži da postavi osnove prepoznatljivog stila savremenog plesa Jugoslavije u okvirima evropske scene. Teatar je do sada ucestvovao na više internacionalnih festivala kod nas i u svetu, i saradivao sa više stranih trupa u zajednickim projektima ostvarivši kulturnu razmenu sa više drugih zemalja (SAD, Izrael, Italija, Nemacka, Holandija, Rumunija, Poljska, Slovenija, Bosna i Hercegovina). U maju 2000, na Festivalu koreografskih minijatura, ERGstatus je osvojio III mesto i plaketu UBUS-a (Udruženje baletskih umetnika Srbije).
Madlenium - Centar za umetnost pokreta, nastao je 1999. godine u Beogradu, kao studio za edukaciju mladih u raznim oblastima u kojima je pokret osnova izražavanja. Centar Madlenium je organizator i pokretac mnogih manifestacija koje podsticu saradnju i komunikaciju mladih umetnika u domenu savremene umetnicke igre, baveci se razlicitim starosnim i kvalitativnim grupama. Plesna trupa Madlenium je ucestvovala na raznim festivalima, takmicenjima i smotrama savremene umetnicke igre, a u Beogradu izvodi predstave na sceni Bitef Teatra. Svojim radom i istraživanjima trupa neguje spoj umetnicke igre, drame, pantomime, borilackih veština i svega što doprinosi vernom izražavanju emocija putem tela kao osnovnog sredstva umetnickog izražavanja.

about the project and performance:
The idea of this project is to link two dance companies through an art research that promote modern dance and artistic performance in our country and region. In their work both companies focus on intimate questions of an individual and an identity in general in the contemporary world with a special reference to the region these companies work in. They both possess the multimedial in their expressions, thus they use video and art installations, besides the language of modern dance.
"Fusion" is a visualization of images about an individual in the contemporary world as well as in our region. It engages in the sensibility of an individual and his/her perception of the times we are living in. Identity, globalization, marketing, market, genetic engineering, food are some of the questions examined in the performance that are currently at issue in the contemporary world we are gradually approaching. A new formation of a body expression and a drama with some elements of the expressions typical for the Balkans, an installation in the gallery with the participation of the audience, an interesting approach towards music mark the researches as well as the performance of these companies in a special way.

about the companies:
ERGstatus - Project was founded in Belgrade in 1998. This project has established the elementary basis for promoting contemporary dance technique in our country through various international seminars, lectures and workshops. The idea of this dance theatre is to set a standard for a recognizable Yugoslav contemporary dance within the European scene, through education and systhematic research, i.e. while working with the young and the professionals. This theatre has participated at various international and national festivals and collaborated with numerous foreign companies on joint projects having established cultural exchange with a number of countries (the USA, Israel, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Romania, Poland, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina). In May 2000 it won the Third Prize and the Medallion of the Association of Ballet Artists of Serbia at the Festival of Choreographic Miniatures.
Madlenium - the Center for Art Movement was founded in Belgrade (1999) as a studio for education of the young in diverse art forms in which a movement is a fundamental way of expression. The Center Madlenium has organized and started a number of events that have stimulated collaboration and communication between young artists in the domain of contemporary art dance as well as for different age and quality groups. The Madlenium Dance Company has taken part in different festivals, competitions and events of contemporary art dance. In Belgrade it performs on the stage of the BITEF Theatre. In its work and research this company fosters conjoining art dance, drama, pantomime, martial arts and all forms that contribute to a faithful expression of emotions with a body as a basic tool of dance.
